Will the Rii Touch 240 work on my computer with Windows XP?
Yes, it will. The Rii Touch 240 is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, windows CE, and Windows 7. It is also compatible with Linux operating systems.
I can’t figure out how to use the laser pointer. How do I turn it on?
The button for the laser pointer is on the side of the keyboard, under the “/” key.
Is the laser pointer dangerous?
As with any laser device, you shouldn’t point the laser towards your eyes or anyone else’s eyes, including pets and other animals. Also, do not point the laser at airplanes or other aircraft.
What is Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is a wireless standard used by mobile phones and other electronic devices to provide a secure, safe, short range communication between two or more devices.
How to I turn on the backlight?
The backlight key has a light bulb graphic and is located immediately to the left of the F1 key.
Will the Rii Touch N7 work with my Xbox360?
The Rii Touch N7 works with the Xbox360, Sony PlayStation 3, as well as Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. To ensure compatibility with your game consoles make sure they have the latest firmware installed.
I can't find the wireless receiver for the N7. Help!
The wireless receiver is located inside the battery compartment in a recessed slot next to the battery.
Why doesn’t the N7 have arrow keys?
The silver bezel surrounding the Internet Shortcut key takes the place of arrow keys, with up, down, left and right movement.
When setting it up on my Mac, it asks me to press the key to the left of the right shift, but there is no right shift. What's should I do?
Because there is no right shift key, users can simply skip this step when setting up the N7 for use on a Mac. Make sure to specificy that you are using a US keyboard - it does not affect the keyboard's functionality.
How do I turn on the virtual scroll wheel?
Hold the Fn key and move your finger vertically along the center of the touchpad to control scrolling movement.
How long is your warranty?
Our products are all covered by a full 12-month warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, and does not extend to neglect, abuse, or other damages resulting from improper use.
